广州市乐之津文化传播有限公司是具备独立法人资格的文化艺术策划与推广的专业公司。本公司又是与广州市少年宫共同合作开展青少年对外文化交流活动的“广州少年宫国际交流中心”。
公司主要开展国际交流活动的场所是广州珠江新城的广州市第二少年宫，与广州歌剧院、广东博物馆、图书馆等现代化的公共文化教育设施为邻。
公司以国际文化交流为主业，除了自行独立制订业务计划并组织实施外，还与广州市少年宫等社会教育机构合作，引进和策划组织国际青少年儿童文化艺术交流活动, 配合政府以及文化、教育、外事部门的对外交流项目开展，使之成为服务于国内外青少年儿童乃至社会各界的文化教育事业的桥梁。开业至今已成功举办多个有影响的国际文化活动。
广州市乐之津文化传播有限公司是以国际文化交流、演艺活动策划推广为主业的综合性演艺公司。公司立足广州，拥有香港、法国，德国背景。自2007年7月成立以来，公司相继组织策划了一系列高水准国际演出及文化艺术交流活动，形成了一整套成熟完整的国际文化艺术交流整合营销模式。未来，乐之津正在成为推动中外演艺交流的重要文化桥梁。
